Ascot Racecourse will use the Humanforce project this year to improve management of the wide range of employees and agency workers needed to run Royal Ascot. Humanforce software provides the ability to manage all workers on the one cloud solution which results in better management of resources and improves the security and validation of the event workforce.
Last year Sodexo used Humanforce at Royal Ascot for all their catering services. The system lowered operational costs and improved processes.
Humanforce director Wayne Doran said: “We are delighted to work with Ascot and continue our work with premier event venues who now understand the growing importance of having a holistic solution to manage their entire workforce including employees, agency and freelance workers.”
