European live commerce platform LiveStyled has teamed up with the Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway to launch a new customer engagement platform and white-labelled venue app called T·App.
The multi-purpose arena, which has a 25,000 capacity, hosts a range of events including concerts, exhibitions, sports and family shows.
T·App will offer customers certain benefits such as pre-order and ‘Click and Collect’ for food, beverages and merchandise. Customers can also use the app to browse upcoming events, find their way around the venue and earn rewards that they can spend on future visits.
T·App launched at this weekend’s MGPjr 2017, Norway’s singer-songwriter competition for kids aged 8 to 15. T·App will be available at all forthcoming events, including Kygo, Kendrick Lamar and Metallica concerts.

We evaluated a range of providers in this area before choosing LiveStyled.
“We found a number of apps that could offer elements to enhance small areas of the event experience. However, LiveStyled’s platform stood out as it works across the whole customer experience. This encompasses pre-event build up, on-the-night fan engagement and on-going monetisation. The customer data collected via the app will empower us to understand their behaviour and accurately target them with relevant offers for future events.
“The launch on Saturday was a huge success. We sold 14 per cent of our food and beverage orders on the app, which, for a family show, is really high. We haven’t had those kinds of numbers for family shows before. We are very excited to be rolling out T·App to enhance the experience for all our customers.”
