Ford, one of the world’s leading car-makers, will sponsor a new family zone at Vancouver Whitecaps FC Major League Soccer matches in North America.
Under the multi-year partnership, Ford has become the ‘official automobile’ of the franchise.
Sections 224 to 231 at the Whitecaps’ BC Place stadium (pictured) will become the Ford Family Zone.
Within the zone, tickets for children aged 12 and under will be available for only $26.50 (£15.22/€17.18/$21.02) at ticketmaster.ca/whitecapsfc.
Parents and children will also be able to visit the ‘Caps Clubhouse presented by Ford in the concourse area, where they can participate in games and colouring while making their own signs or borrowing flags to show their support in the stands.
Whitecaps FC chief operating officer Rachel Lewis said that “the Ford Family Zone and ‘Caps Clubhouse promises to be a fantastic new addition to our match-day experience”.
