Industry appointments round-up: April 28 to May 4

A round-up of key appointments from within the sports and events industries over the past week.

English Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a new marketing executive ahead of its move to a new stadium later this year. The main purpose of the role will be to implement marketing strategy to support the new stadium’s premium hospitality experiences across all events. Live Nation Entertainment has announced that Anthony Makes has joined its U.S. Concerts division as president of New York. He will lead the company’s continued expansion in the market, and further develop its concert promotions and event bookings. Makes most recently served as a lead promoter for AEG partner Bowery Presents.

Legends has announced the appointment of Ben Martin as vice president of partnerships for Legends International. Martin will be responsible for cultivating relationships with brands and rights-holders across Europe and other international markets. Martin most recently worked with Amazon Tickets and has also spent time at Manchester United and City Football Group.

Kimberleigh Lloyd has been appointed as sales director at Venue Search London. Lloyd previously worked at London-based Novus Leisure.
