Manchester City among those turning to Priava

English Premier League football clubs are among those employing cloud-based venue management software to maximise income, according to sector leader Priava.

The company said its technologies that handle event booking, venue management, inventory, customer relation management, task management, file storage, sales management, online enquires and catering modules, are being increasingly used by venues.

The Priava system has been used by Fabulous Fan Fayre, a joint venture between Legends Hospitality and One Event Management that lists Premier League clubs Manchester City and Watford among its clients.

The system has also been used by fellow Premier League club Sunderland, second-tier Championship side Norwich City and third-tier League One outfit Peterborough United, as well as Premiership rugby union club Newcastle Falcons. The multi-purpose Vodafone Events Centre in Auckland, New Zealand is another venue to use the service.

Priava chief executive James Pegum said: “From catering in corporate boxes and suites, to arranging media conferences and coordinating large-scale celebrations, Priava streamlines the process of booking and managing events in order to increase efficiency and maximise profitability for our clients.

“Having worked with a range of stadiums and arenas across the globe, we understand what it takes to effectively manage all types of match-day and non-match day hospitality and have designed Priava to accommodate these diverse requirements.”
