AI feature added to ReplyBuy's service

Mobile ticketing company ReplyBuy has added an artificial intelligence feature to its application in a bid to improve its service.

ReplyBuy previously featured a simple text message system, whereby users who replied quickest to a message received tickets.

The new service allows the user to send messages of their own to ReplyBuy to find out more information about specific tickets. The system can be used through text messaging, as well as other platforms, such as social media network Facebook.

ReplyBuy chief executive and founder Josh Manley said the company is the first in the sports and entertainment ticketing sector to introduce an artificial intelligence feature.

In an interview with the Phoenix Business Journal newspaper, Manley (pictured) said: “Before, it’s been a yes or no decision in terms of whether you want to buy. Now we have a system where you’re communicating with a person. It’s a personal concierge to help you buying tickets for a game.”

ReplyBuy works with a host of North American sports teams and recently added the New Orleans Saints NFL American football franchise to its portfolio of partnerships.
