Humanforce’s TimeTarget tool to be deployed at Lord’s

Humanforce has recently signed an agreement with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), owner of Lord’s Cricket Ground, which adds Lord’s to the list of premier UK sporting venues now using Humanforce’s TimeTarget workforce management tool.

MCC was founded in 1787 and is the world’s most active cricket playing club, with a fixture list of over 500 matches, in the UK and around the world, every year. Lord’s is regarded around the world as the home of cricket and the current ground in St John’s Wood hosts around 65 days’ cricket each season, for which it requires hundreds of additional workers to support its catering, retail and security operations. It runs tours of the Ground and cricket coaching courses throughout the year and is also a popular venue for meetings and events, all of which also require supplementary staffing arrangements.

Will Low, IT project manager for MCC, said: “We went through an extensive tender process, from which the TimeTarget solution emerged as the ideal choice. It will allow us to operate more efficiently across our casual workforce, including how we work with agencies. It was obvious that TimeTarget has been specifically designed for stadium and event venues and is a great match for our needs.”
