Bath Rugby has partnered with TimeTarget to utilise its Humanforce software to manage workforce requirements at the club’s Recreation Ground stadium.
It is hoped the partnership will allow the Premiership club to provide a better service for its staff and supporters by implementing Humanforce’s sophisticated management system.
TimeTarget has also agreed a similar deal with Lancashire County Cricket Club, with the team to implement Humanforce’s software at the Emirates Old Trafford ground.
Bath Rugby’s head of operations, Alex Cohen, said: “At Bath we are always looking to improve our operations and having a system like Humanforce will allow us to improve our service to supporters and our staff, improve match day security across all workers while controlling our operational costs. Having rugby fanatics on their team helps us know that TimeTarget understand what Bath Rugby is all about.”
TimeTarget director Wayne Doran added: “We are delighted to have Bath implement our Humanforce solution. As the summer arrives it’s a perfect time to implement these projects in preparation for the next winter season so the club can open with an excited and well-trained team running on the latest technology.”
