KORE Software to provide data services at Atlanta Braves’ SunTrust Park

Sports and entertainment business management solutions company KORE Software has entered into a partnership with the Atlanta Braves, through which it will provide technology services at SunTrust Park, the Major League Baseball team’s recently-opened stadium.

KORE Software will serve as the Braves’ customer relationship management and data warehouse vendor, with its applications to support fan engagement, sponsorship sales, premium sales, and data and analytics strategy at SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta, a multi-purpose development complex that surrounds the ballpark.

KORE’s applications will be used by the Braves to aggregate data from SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta. This data will then be analysed by the team, with the intention of making smarter business decisions, deepening customer relationships and providing better audience insights to corporate partners.

“We strive to be the best in the business when it comes to knowing who our customers are, how they interact within SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta, and provide them with the best experience possible,” Justin Watkins, director of business intelligence at the Braves, said.

KORE’s services will also be used to elevate the Braves’ marketing automation capabilities.

KORE Software president Todd Cusolle said: “Our new relationship with the Atlanta Braves is very exciting for all of us here at KORE. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to help them leverage data, analytics, and CRM to improve fan and corporate partner relationships both inside and around the ballpark.”

The 41,000-capacity SunTrust Park opened in March, with the Braves playing its first regular-season game at the ballpark the following month.
