Mobile customer experience platform LiveStyled has linked up with the multi-purpose Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal to provide a new mobile app and data platform.
LiveStyled uses data analysis to target attendees on an individual level, and has been selected to enhance customer experience and drive incremental revenue at the 20,000-capacity arena, which is set to welcome shows such as Shakira, Metallica and the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest finals.
The venue’s existing app, which has been in place since 2015, will be replaced with a brand new app running on the LiveStyled platform.
Jorge Vinha Da Silva, managing director at the Altice Arena, said: “LiveStyled will give us the tools to enhance our customer experience, whilst at the same time learning more about their individual behaviour and preferences in the venue.
“The versatility of the platform means we can easily integrate essential elements, such as our ticketing company, Blueticket. We look forward to introducing the app to customers later this year.”
LiveStyled’s AI system will provide the 600,000 annual visitors to the Altice Arena with personalised recommendations. It will enable fans to find events, access mobile tickets natively in the app, order food and drink or purchase merchandise with click and collect at the venue.
Founder and chief executive of LiveStyled, Adam Goodyer said: “We are delighted to welcome our first Portuguese client to the LiveStyled platform. The Altice Arena is a fantastic venue, run by a great team and we are looking forward to working together to deliver a next-level mobile customer experience to a truly international audience.
“Our powerful data science platform has proven how capturing behavioural data, and analysing this in order to target customers as individuals, is proven to increase revenues. We’re excited to support the Altice Arena in their quest to enable attendees to get closer to the things they love through mobile.
“It’s an incredibly exciting time seeing the business expand across Europe, and very much look forward to working with our new clients.”
