Christian Seifert, head of events for VfL Wolfsburg, has said that the German Bundesliga football club’s partnership with audio technology specialist Monster has helped it deliver a “unique sound quality” at the Volkswagen Arena.
Monster, Wolfsburg’s official acoustic partner, installed a new sound system at the Volkswagen Arena ahead of the 2017-18 Bundesliga season.
The hi-fi audio system, which is said to be one of the first of its kind in the world, comprises 147 loudspeakers and the innovative Monster Cube system, and Seifert was full of praise for the company’s work.
“We are very delighted to have Monster as a top partner which allows us to deliver a unique sound quality in the Volkswagen Arena,” Seifert said. “One of our main goals is the innovative development of our infrastructure on the highest level – together with strong partners such as Monster.”
The California-based company’s services are combined with a light show by Philips, ensuring an enhanced experience for fans inside the Volkswagen Arena.
Seifert will share Wolfsburg’s experience in using audio and lighting systems to drive fan engagement at Volkswagen Arena exclusively at TheStadiumBusiness Summit & Awards 2018 in Manchester, 12-13 June. More info here.
