Packers take a Kwik Trip with renewed partnership

NFL American football franchise the Green Pay Packers has both extended and expanded its partnership with Kwik Trip, with the US convenience store chain taking on naming rights to an entrance at the team’s Lambeau Field.

Fans attending Packers home games can now pass through the Kwik Trip Gate on their way into the stadium.

Once inside, fans can enjoy Kwik Trip’s Café Karuba coffee, which will now be available throughout Lambeau Field after the firm took on serving rights for coffee and hot chocolate at the venue.

Mark Murphy, president and chief executive of the Packers, said: “We are pleased to build upon and expand our partnership with Kwik Trip, a highly-respected Wisconsin organisation that shares our commitment to the community and dedication to providing outstanding service.

“Kwik Trip is a favourite of many in our area, and we are looking forward to working together to continue serving fans, visitors and travellers alike.”

The multi-year deal also established Café Karuba as the official coffee of the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field.

Other sections of the partnership include the Kwik Trip ‘Kwik Rewards’ rewards programme now offering fans the chance to win exclusive Packers experiences. New members will also have access to savings and special offers at Kwik Trip stores.

In addition, Kwik Trip has agreed to sponsor ‘Instant Win Tower at the Lambeau Field Live’, a travelling exhibit that will take place at the stadium this summer as part of the team’s 100-year anniversary celebrations.

Mark Meisner, director of marketing and advertising at Kwik Trip, added” “The Packers are an iconic brand with an emotionally super-charged fan base.

“Kwik Rewards will provide Packers fans with even greater in-store savings along with opportunities to win tickets, merchandise, gift cards and Packers gameday experiences throughout the year.”
