Jaguars pounce on IdealSeat tech

Jacksonville Jaguars has linked up with sports fan experience data provider IdealSeat to connect fans to the ticket office.

The partnership will allow NFL fans the opportunity to search for tickets based on desired in-stadium experiences to boost the fan experience and match a fan’s game-day expectations.

“The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the most innovative franchises in the NFL and a perfect fit for IdealSeat’s technology,” said Joel Carben, chief executive of IdealSeat.

“Their focus on fan experience is at the highest level, and why they are a perennial leader both on-and-off the field.”

The technology is based on IdealSeat’s Fan Intelligence platform, which is the result of collecting and analysing more than 450 million fan data points to find the best seats in the stadium based on a customer’s desired experience.

For example, fans can explore areas of the stadium that feature sun or shade, access to unique food or drinks, avid fans or family-friendly areas.

“Since 2012, TIAA Bank Field has undergone several renovations to create several unique seating options for Jaguars fans,” said Chad Johnson, Jaguars senior vice president of sales and service and chief content officer.

“The IdealSeat technology empowers our staff to assist fans in making data-driven decisions customised to their unique needs.”
