Caesars signs landmark deal with Las Vegas Stadium

Caesars Entertainment has today (Thursday) been announced as the first founding partner of the Las Vegas Stadium, the future home of the Raiders NFL American football team.

The landmark 15-year partnership marks the Raiders’ first deal with a gaming and hospitality company.

As part of the deal, select Caesars Entertainment customers and Total Rewards members will receive access to exclusive experiences such as the customised Caesars-branded Owners Suite at the 50-yard line of the stadium, VIP dinners on the field, training facility events, fantasy camp participation, stadium tours and tickets to Raiders games and most stadium events.

The 65,000-seat Las Vegas Stadium is due to open in time for the 2020 NFL season and will serve as the home of the Raiders, which are currently based in Oakland, California.

The deal will provide Caesars with a branded stadium entrance and drop-off zone, digital signage, media, radio and print assets and alumni, player and cheerleader appearances.

Raiders president Marc Badain said: “The Raiders are proud to welcome Caesars Entertainment as a founding partner of Las Vegas Stadium. We are honoured to align with a company that shares the Raiders’ values of improving the local community and delivering exceptional customer service in creating this transformative project.”

Chris Holdren, chief marketing officer for Caesars Entertainment, added: “Sports have long been a core part of the Caesars’ experience. With this deep partnership, Caesars will become an essential part of the game time ritual for Raiders fans everywhere. From activations to exclusive experiences, fans of the silver and black will see Caesars as their home on game day.”

The deal comes after Caesars earlier this week entered into a multi-year partnership with Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE), which operates NBA basketball team the Philadelphia 76ers, NHL ice hockey franchise the New Jersey Devils and the Prudential Center arena.

As part of the agreement, New Jersey sports fans will be introduced to Caesars Entertainment’s new sports book experience inside the exclusive Caesars Club at Prudential Center, which serves as the home of the Devils. The company also recently partnered with NFL team the Baltimore Ravens.
