Chase Center nets latest founding partner

RingCentral, a leading provider of global enterprise cloud communications and collaboration solutions, has upgraded its association with the Golden State Warriors by becoming a founding partner of Chase Center, the NBA team’s future home arena.

As part of the multi-year partnership, RingCentral will also be the official enterprise cloud communications partner of the Warriors.

The state-of-the-art Chase Center, which is being built in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighbourhood, is scheduled to open in September 2019.

As part of the agreement, all Warriors business offices and Chase Center operations will use RingCentral to exclusively power its communications.

RingCentral will also serve as the presenting partner for the Warriors radio game broadcast Call Under Review feature, through which its enterprise communications platform will power referee collaboration as they make critical game decisions.

Joe Lacob, Warriors owner and chief executive, said: “Adding RingCentral as our latest founding partner further enables us across the organisation to collaborate seamlessly. RingCentral has been a tremendous partner of ours for the past four years and we’re looking forward to continuing that relationship as we open Chase Center less than a year from now.”

RingCentral’s cloud platform will be used by the Warriors to communicate with customers, partners and employees. It will also replace the Warriors’ legacy on-premises system with RingCentral Office.

RingCentral first partnered with the Warriors in 2014 and will benefit from in-arena signage and branded charging stations at Chase Center as part of the new agreement.
