NBA basketball team the Portland Trail Blazers has detailed plans to offer fans a pass worth $60 (£47/€53) a month that will only provide standing room at Moda Center.
The initiatives follows similar passes from fellow NBA team the Golden State Warriors and NHL ice hockey franchise the Chicago Blackhawks.
