NFL American football team the Jacksonville Jaguars has entered into a partnership with business management solutions company KORE Software, through which it will upgrade its data warehousing, CRM and business intelligence platforms.
The Jaguars have integrated KORE’s data warehouse and analytics, ticketing and fan engagement software, and sponsorship and partner engagement applications.
It is hoped the partnership will provide the Jaguars with a deeper level of fan insight across multiple departments.
