Bleep and MTC Media claim retail first at Dundee United

Bleep UK PLC is pleased to announce a new partnership with Scotland-based web design and eCommerce development company MTC Media to provide a fully integrated in-store point of sale and eCommerce solution for Football Clubs, Stadia, Retail and Hospitality establishments.

Bleep first launched this solution in July with an installation into Dundee United Football Club’s shop, which has enabled online sales and stock levels to be logged in Bleep’s cloud-based back end system. On the results, Managing Director of Dundee United FC, Mal Brannigan has been impressed with the partnership and it’s effects already – commenting:

“Our fans are already benefiting from the solution, with an enhanced customer experience whether online, in store or inside the stadium on a matchday. The Club has seen an increase in transactions and revenue as a consequence of this investment and we are much more aware now of how, what and when our fans purchase and interact with our retail operation.”
