Harlequins target enhanced fan experience with Philips

Premiership rugby union team Harlequins has partnered with digital and technology specialist Philips Professional Display Solutions to enhance the fan experience at The Stoop.

Philips will serve as Harlequins’ official display supplier as part of the three-year deal. The company will install a range of digital signage and professional TV screens at the stadium, along with five videowalls and a range of large-format screens in the bar and lounge areas.

Each corporate box at The Stoop will feature a cutting-edge MediaSuite 4K UHD TV, while displays will be installed into the reception areas and media centre, as well as in changing and treatment spaces.

Harlequins’ commercial director Alex Goldschmidt said: “The delivery of an outstanding match-day experience for fans remains at the forefront of our minds and the new range of high-definition screens will integrate state-of-the-art technology into our already iconic home, enhancing the experience for all who come to The Stoop.

“We are excited to be working closely with Philips as we continue to modernise and enhance our Home, through the provision of best-in-class facilities across both our match-day and non-match-day offerings.”
