National Express remains on board with Wembley

Wembley Stadium has agreed a three-year extension to its partnership with transportation company National Express.

Under the deal, National Express will continue to serve as the official coach supplier to the London venue until 2023. The partnership will provide dedicated National Express services from over 50 locations across the UK direct to all major events at Wembley Stadium.

Both Wembley Stadium and National Express will be offering travel tickets and combined travel and event packages to major events across web, mobile and all other sales channels.

National Express signed the new deal with Wembley Stadium owner, the Football Association (FA), ahead of England’s UEFA Euro 2020 qualifier against Montenegro tomorrow (Thursday).

James Taylor, senior commercial manager at the FA, said: “We’re delighted to be renewing our partnership with National Express for a further three years and to offer new and exciting services via the Wembley Express.

“Wembley Stadium is attended by fans all over the UK and the new and improved web and mobile booking services will help fans get to the stadium in a comfortable and timely manner be that for a football, NFL or music event. There are huge benefits to travelling to the stadium via National Express and we look forward to a successful relationship over the next three years.”
