F1’s Paddock Club to return with Confirmed360 partnership

The Formula 1 motor-racing series has signed an exclusive partnership with elite concierge service Confirmed360 ahead of the return of its Paddock Club hospitality offering at the Portuguese Grand Prix later this month.

The partnership will provide guests with unparallelled track access across the race weekend at the Portuguese Grand Prix, which will take place from October 23-25. Confirmed360 will offer VIP access to restaurants, nightlife and hotels in Portimão and future host cities.

Confirmed360 uses its network of artists, athletes and entertainment organisations to enhance the guest experience at events. Its partnership with F1 will elevate the series’ Paddock Club experience and from next year the company will provide on-site services to Paddock Club clients.

Kate Beavan, director of hospitality and experiences at F1, said: “We know guests expect more from hospitality experiences than ever before and we have to deliver, and as we prepare to make a return in Portimão we couldn’t be happier to have Confirmed360 by our side.

“We visit some of the world’s most exciting, vibrant and glamourous locations and our corporate clients, celebrities and individual guests often need an array of services and additional experiences around a Formula 1 weekend.

“We want our guests to be able to explore everything that our host cities have to offer and by working with the team at Confirmed360 we will be able to meet those needs. Ultimately, we want to ensure that being in the Paddock Club over a grand prix weekend in such amazing locations will be an unforgettable experience for our guests.”

Confirmed360 chief executive Matt Ampolsky added: “The partnership will provide fans the opportunity to secure exclusive access to enhanced F1 experiences on and off the track and explore F1 destinations around the world like never before.

“Securing a partnership with Formula 1 is another important step in expanding our footprint around the world. F1 appreciates the value in providing their guests with unprecedented, transformative moments and shares our mission of creating the ultimate fan experience. The Formula 1 team and I are excited to provide even more memorable experiences for fans.”

In July, F1 teamed up with video communications platform Zoom to deliver its first-ever Virtual Paddock Club experience. Guests were treated to experiences such as live updates and insight from F1 legends as part of the agreement, which marked Zoom’s first move into virtual hospitality experiences.
