Independent car retailer Motorpoint has extended its title sponsorship of the Nottingham Arena by three years.
The car dealership group will continue its sponsorship of the venue until at least June 2024. The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is the largest indoor entertainment venue in the East Midlands, boasting a 10,800 capacity.
Motorpoint marketing director Hayden Vokes (pictured left) said: “The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham sponsorship enables us to give our customers the opportunity to buy pre-launch tickets to every show at the arena, whilst also giving us fantastic exposure to both a regional and national customer base.
“To be associated with one of the UK’s top arenas not only gives us a great brand awareness, it also benefits the many charities we work with through ticket giveaways and opportunities, so we can raise funds for worthy causes in the region.”
To celebrate its reopening following closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Motorpoint will be presenting a DeLorean (pictured) on Bolero Square, the famous car model mostly known for its appearances in Back to the Future. This is to mark one of the first UK tours the arena is welcoming – pop band McFly.
