Stadium Experience adds seven new partner clubs

Not-for-profit association Stadium Experience has added seven new clubs to its portfolio of partners.

Football clubs Blackburn Rovers, Huddersfield Town, Wigan Athletic, Doncaster Rovers and Hibernian have joined the group, along with rugby league team Huddersfield Giants and rugby union outfit Wasps.

The new additions take the total number of Stadium Experience members to around 40 different clubs across the UK.

Stadium Experience is a marketing consortium and aims to share best practice and promote stadia as “unique and prestigious venues” for meetings, conferences and events. The group is currently focused on offering guidance and support to venues as they navigate their way back to normality following the pandemic.

Debbie Rigney, marketing and PR manager at Stadium Experience, said: “We are thrilled to welcome so many new and exciting venues into our association. We now have around 40 clubs all across the UK, working together to support one another, share ideas and promote stadia as unique venues for every type of conference, meeting or event.

“As the events industry begins to re-establish itself, a forum for like-minded professionals to share best practice and network has never been more valued. We’re also resuming our prestigious annual awards to recognise and reward the very best the stadium industry has to offer.  We would love to hear from stadium venues who would like to find out more about us, and potentially join our group.”

Stadium Experience was established in 2002 for football venues and evolved to welcome rugby venues in 2013. Other partners include Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Hampden Park.
