Spanish LaLiga football club Valencia has promoted Javier Solís, who will now serve as a corporate director and spokesperson.

Levy UK + Ireland, the sports and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland, has appointed Leonard Fearon to the newly-created role of culinary director at Levy Ireland.

Leonard will oversee the running of all Fitzers Catering Powered by Levy venues, as well as all other Levy Ireland venues. He will also drive forward objectives such as menu innovation, food sustainability, health and safety standards, and talent development.

Leonard previously served as the executive chef at Convention Centre Dublin. His appointment at Levy Ireland comes following the announcement earlier this year that Levy UK + Ireland would be combining its Irish business with Fitzers Catering.
