EngageRM adds Brisbane Broncos to NRL portfolio

Sports and entertainment business technology services provider EngageRM has expanded its footprint in Australia’s National Rugby League (NRL) after signing a three-year partnership with the Brisbane Broncos.

The deal will seek to transform the Broncos’ digital offering to provide best-in-class premium sales, hospitality and partnership experience for fans and corporate partners of the club. The Broncos are the fourth NRL team to partner with EngageRM.

As part of the agreement, the Broncos will use EngageRM’s system to combine operations, fulfilment and sales management across the organisation within a centralised, single platform that is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365.

EngageRM’s other partners include the NBA’s LA Clippers, LA Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks, as well as the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Co-op Live, a new arena under development in the English city of Manchester.
