The Seattle Seahawks NFL team has revealed images of its planned tunnel club experience, which will open at Lumen Field later this year.
From next season, the pre-game experience will offer fans a never-before-seen view of players as they enter the field. The space will be located adjacent to the Seahawks’ home locker room and will offer all-inclusive premium food and beverages.
The members-only space will span 1,800 square feet and open three hours prior to kick-off, accommodating approximately 150 guests. Features will include a plush lounge area complete with a 245-square-foot bar, private restrooms and TVs. Members will also receive a complimentary season kick-off gift, as well as exclusive game-day giveaways, special guest experiences and invitations to VIP events.
Pricing for the tunnel club will start at $4,000 (£3,300/€3,700) for a full season and membership must be paired with a game ticket. A select number of single-game tickets will be reserved through the Seahawks Gameday Experiences offering.
The tunnel club is one of the upgrades that forms part of the Seahawks’ ‘Fanovations’ project, which was announced last year as part of Lumen Field’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
The Seahawks are working with First & Goal Inc. to carry out the upgrades, which will take place over a three-year period. The upgrades will also include new ‘Cityside Bars’ offering premium views of the pitch, two new video boards at the north end of Lumen Field, concession enhancements, and a renovation of the stadium’s Verizon Lounge.
Seahawks president Chuck Arnold said: “As part of our overall commitment to Fanovation and providing a superior guest experience at Lumen Field, we are thrilled to introduce our fans to the new tunnel club this season.
“We know fans always want to be closer to the action, and this exclusive space will not only offer unparalleled views of the players leading up to kick-off but will be a fun and unique spot to enjoy pre-game festivities.”
Lumen Field, which also serves as the home of Major League Soccer’s Seattle Sounders, opened on July 20, 2002. The stadium will be one of the host venues during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will take place in the US, Canada and Mexico.
