People on the move: Two Circles, 3D Digital Venue and more

Industry veteran Andrew Hampel has been appointed as a senior adviser for sports marketing agency Two Circles.

Hampel (pictured far right) founded International Stadia Group and also worked at IMG and Legends. During his time at IMG, he worked across multiple disciplines and sports and held key leadership positions, ultimately serving as leader of its business in Europe, Middle East and Africa and as a member of its global executive committee.

After leaving IMG, he founded ISG which grew into a leading stadium advisory and sales agency in Europe. ISG was later acquired by Legends, at which point Hampel became president of Legends International.

Hampel will advise Two Circles on stadium and venue development, financing and long-term revenue strategies.

Technology solutions company 3D Digital Venue has named Scott Jablonski as its new chief operating officer.

Jablonski (pictured second from right) has worked across multiple industries for over 25 years, leading major tech product releases, launching sports teams and arenas, and mentoring founding teams in growing their enterprises.

TMRW Sports, the company behind the tech-focused TGL golf league launching next year, has appointed Wendy Caves as its chief people officer, while Jason Langwell and Regina O’Brien have joined as chief revenue officer and chief marketing officer, respectively.

Caves previously spent time at the LPGA and PGA Tour, while Langwell joins from Intersport, where he served as a senior vice-president. O’Brien previously spent four years as head of marketing and communications for Augusta National Golf Club.

Data-driven sports media, marketing, and technology company Playfly Sports has named president Craig Sloan as its chief executive, while founder and current chief executive Mike Schreiber will move into a new role as executive chairman.

Sloan (pictured second from left) is due to take over the day-to-day operational leadership of Playfly on September 1. In his new role, Schreiber (pictured far left) will focus on further growth opportunities, including acquisitions, and will still remain on the board of directors.

GoVision, a provider of large-scale LED video displays, has appointed Philip O’Neal as a senior adviser to support its entry into the Texas high school marketplace.

GoVision has more than 20 years of high-profile sports venue experience at collegiate and professional level and is now setting its sights on the high school market, with an immediate focus on Texas. A native of Dallas, O’Neal has spent time as a teacher, coach and athletic director for 17 high schools across Texas.
