US-based sports and entertainment consulting firm Elevate has announced today (Monday) that it has added hospitality company Levy to its ownership team.
Levy joins the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers, Arctos, Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, and Velocity Capital Management as co-owners of Elevate.
Elevate has also announced the appointment of two new board members: Andy Lansing, chief executive of Levy; and David Abrams, co-founder and managing partner of Velocity Capital Management.
Lansing and Abrams join Elevate’s existing board of directors, which includes Al Guido, chairman and chief executive of the company and president of the 49ers; Jed York, chief executive of the 49ers; Arctos partner Chad Hutchinson and Bolt Ventures partner Scott Krase.
Next year, Elevate will open new headquarters locations in New York City, London and Nashville, as well as a new presence in Chicago in partnership with Levy.
Guido said: “Following record growth in 2024, the announcement of new members to our ownership group, and the appointment of new board members, our intentions are to remain aggressive and poised for strategic opportunities that align with our focus on sports, entertainment, media, and technology. This new foundation will empower us to take bold steps beyond our current client ecosystem and into the greater, global marketplace.”
Lansing added: “We strongly believe that the best work is done by the nicest people, and we absolutely adore, admire and appreciate Al and the Elevate leadership team. This is a perfect partnership because it allows us to remain focused on what we’re really good at, and where our passion lies, while extending our bench through strategic collaboration.”
Levy has partnerships with sports and entertainment venues across the US, working with teams in the NFL, Major League Baseball, NBA, NHL and Major League Soccer.
Elevate works across a range of sectors, including consumer insights, brand consulting and activation, partnership sales, experiential design, premium hospitality and ticketing strategy. Elevate launched in 2018 and has a client roster of more than 1,000 organisations across sport, entertainment, media, technology, gaming, lifestyle and consumer sectors, including the US Open tennis tournament.
