Temporary infrastructure and event solutions company Arena Group has strengthened its presence in the Middle East by acquiring Maestra, a build specialist for premium events, exhibitions, and environments with operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 2014, Maestra has established itself as a premium fabrication partner, with 150 full-time employees and 80,000 square feet of workshop space across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Through the Arena deal, Tom Clements, founder and CEO of Maestra, will continue to lead the company, ensuring continuity for clients and staff while benefiting from Arena’s global infrastructure and resources.
Maestra will also continue to manage the operations of Showblock, Arena’s modular structures arm, in the region.
Clements said: “This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Maestra. With Arena’s global infrastructure capabilities, we can now offer our clients a broader range of integrated solutions while maintaining the exceptional client service for which we are known.”
Paul Berger, Arena Group CEO, added: “This acquisition is a strategic move that strengthens Arena Group’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive event solutions.
“Maestra’s expertise perfectly complements our existing capabilities, allowing us to offer clients an even more integrated service than ever before. We’re excited to welcome the Maestra team to the Arena Group family and look forward to collaborating to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients across the Middle East and beyond.”
