Freemans Event Partners, a provider of food and beverage services for the events industry, has launched a new payment processing solution designed to reduce checkout times and improve operational efficiency.

FEP Pay is now available for businesses operating in the hospitality, retail and events industries. Freemans hopes the solution will cut costs for operators and enable customers to complete fast and efficient payments.

The solution brings multiple platforms into one payment journey, creating an omnichannel consumer experience. FEP Pay accepts all major card and payment types anytime and anywhere, even when offline.

Operators will benefit from FEP Pay’s enhanced data capture model, ensuring they can maximise sales revenue by better understanding the habits of customers.

FEP Pay is available now following a soft-launch period at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the Badminton Horse Trials, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, and various hospitality clients.

Stephen Poole, managing director at FEP Pay, said: “We have worked incredibly hard to develop an industry leading payment processing solution, and we’re exceptionally proud of what we have delivered in FEP Pay up to now. We’re super excited about the future opportunities in the market.

“We understand that hidden charges and outdated systems can provide merchants with a costly headache, which is why we’ve built a modular solution that is cost-effective and simple to install and use. We’ve already had the pleasure of working with some of the largest organisations in the country, and we’re really excited to grow our presence in the market and forge long-lasting relationships with some of the most recognised hospitality, retail and events businesses globally.”

Last month, we caught up with Natasha Thiebaut, Freemans’ chief commercial officer, to discuss the opportunities she sees in the live events market, and why the company is perfectly positioned to capitalise on them.
