The Premier League will return to the US this year for its Summer Series pre-season tournament, with games set to take place at three NFL stadiums.

The tournament will run from July 26 to August 3 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Soldier Field in Chicago and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (pictured) in Atlanta.

The four Premier League teams that have committed to taking part in the Summer Series are Everton, AFC Bournemouth, Manchester United and West Ham United.

MetLife Stadium, home of the New York Jets and Giants, will host Everton vs Bournemouth and Manchester United vs West Ham on July 26. The Summer Series then heads to Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears, on July 30 for West Ham vs Everton and Manchester United vs Bournemouth.

The tournament concludes on August 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United, with Bournemouth vs West Ham and Manchester United vs Everton.

The Summer Series debuted in 2023, as Chelsea, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Brentford, Brighton and Fulham featured in nine games across five US venues. The host venues in 2023 were Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, FedEx Field, Inter&Co Stadium and Red Bull Arena.

Ticket prices for this year’s tournament start from $77 (£60/€71), with each ticket to cover the two matches played on each day. Nearly a quarter of all tickets are priced below $100.

Premier League chief executive Richard Masters said: “We know from our previous tournament and Premier League Mornings Live events that we and our clubs have incredibly loyal and passionate fans in the US who get up early to follow their teams during the season. In these four clubs we have world-class players and managers who will undoubtedly give supporters a fantastic Premier League experience just before the season starts.”

The US is also due to stage the FIFA Club World Cup this summer and co-host the World Cup alongside Mexico and Canada in 2026.
