Buffalo Pro Soccer is planning to construct a 7,600-seat, privately-funded stadium in the city’s Valley neighbourhood.
The venue is set to be located at Elk and Lee Street near the Buffalo River and is aimed to serve as a “driving force” in the development of a new entertainment district in New York’s second largest city.
Construction is due to begin this summer, with the stadium set to feature a safe-standing section, 12 hospitality suites, two private party areas, and club-level seats.
There are also plans to build training facilities, offices, and parking space.

“It will be a gathering place where our community will come together to celebrate victories, support each other through challenges, and bring Buffalo’s hardworking, never-give-up mentality to life on the field and in the stands.
“In this new stadium, Buffalo Pro Soccer will grow alongside our city as we strive for excellence every day.
“This project will provide a significant private investment into our city, leveraging sports as a catalyst for development.”
The project will use modular construction in a bid to accelerate the timeline to build and open Buffalo’s first professional soccer-specific stadium.
The club has engaged LaBella Associates, the preferred architect and engineer of the USL, as its lead architect and MEP engineer, Wendel Companies to provide civil engineering, SixFive Stadium Experience to serve as modular stadium advisor and supplier, and Campus Construction Management Group as the construction manager.
Buffalo Pro Soccer was founded last year and plans to compete in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship in 2026.
It also aims to field a women’s team for the USL Super League.
