Chelsea Football Club has entered into a multi-year partnership with Ticketmaster, with the latter becoming the Premier League side’s official ticketing partner.
Ticketmaster states that it will bring its “cutting-edge technology” to help move Chelsea towards a digital-first experience.
“Partnering with a leading force in the industry brings significant value to our operations, ensuring we offer our fans a smoother, safer experience with best-in-class products, while continuing to address the issue of ticket touts,” said Chelsea’s chief revenue officer Casper Stylsvig.
“We are excited to begin working together and look forward to getting started.”
The Los Angeles Angels baseball team has opened the Level Up arcade within its Angel Stadium.
The arcade follows a partnership between the franchise and Bandai Namco Group. It is located at Angel Stadium’s Right Field Pavilion and offers an interactive experience for fans with video games, prize machines, and a Pac-Man inspired photo opportunity.
Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is set to launch an array of new technological features that are aimed at improving the live experience for fans.
It is utilising artificial intelligence to better ticketing operations while also implementing 3D interactive seat views on an interactive map.
The arena now also has flexible payment options so the cost of tickets can be split between multiple people.

“By combining advanced AI, immersive technology and consumer-first services, we’re creating a platform for fans to enjoy personalised, unforgettable moments on their own terms within a click of a button.”
Northwest Stadium, home to the NFL’s Washington Commanders, has installed a new “state-of-the-art” audio system.
C.V. Lloyde AudioVisual was selected to oversee the upgrades which are claimed to “take the fan experience to the next level with crystal-clear audio and immersive stadium-wide coverage.”
