SALARY: Competitive event day rates, dependent on experience and event day role match (7 hour minimum shift)

TERMS: Non-guaranteed hours on an by event event basis

THE ROLE

London Stadium are looking for dedicated and experienced Senior Crowd Safety Managers and Supervisors to join the event day safety team to assist in delivering world class events and experiences for guests. London Stadium is a multi-purpose venue that is the home of West Ham United Football Club and is also equipped to host concerts, Rugby Union and League, as well as top class athletics and other events.

The successful candidates will be working with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation and the venue safety certificate. As a senior member of the team you will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience for our guests as well providing guidance and leadership to team you will be overseeing.

You should have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above, as well as a SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where required) for specific roles leading SIA steward teams (if applicable), and have worked in at a senior level in a similar venue.  You should have experience of leading a team, with strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and have focus on providing excellent customer service.

Successful candidates must commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium.

We would ask you to commit to any additional training required such as customer service and online event specific inductions.
