Venue Manager
A leading sports company is looking to hire Venue Manager to join their team in Noida.

- Have 2-10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably be based out of Noida.
- Should have excellent negotiation Skills, delivery Management Skills, target orientation, communication skills, problem identification & solving skills.
- Ability to devise strategies for operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong drive for execution and result orientation
- Stakeholder Management and Building relationship.
- Drive for results even in a non-reporting relationships

Note:
- This is a contractual role for 3-4 months
As a Venue Manager, you will work on:
- To strategize, plan, execute & support operations team for successfully executing the home league operations. Capable of creating “Project Breakdown structures.
- To plan the entire stadium layout as per league’s requirement
- Value maximization and commercialization of stadium properties
- To plan of facilities for Ticket operations and execution, hospitality, accommodation and other logistics
- To create plan for merchandise & other team related items retailing during matches.
- Identification, finalization, supply chain management and execution of housekeeping & security partners
- Identification, finalization, supply chain management and execution of security partners
- Coordination with local authorities & police and keep synergy between private security agencies and Police.
