Business Solutions Manager, Los Angeles Chargers
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Create custom marketing solutions for key clients based on insights provided by partnership sales and activation teams
- Develop partnership strategy and activation concepts that shape the overall direction and narrative of the proposal
- Lead internal brainstorms and meetings that help shape the marketing solution for client proposals
- Establish excellent interdepartmental relationships and work cross-department on partnership strategy development
- Become an expert on all inventory available across the Chargers ecosystem and proficient with the Chargers inventory management system
- Help develop turnkey Chargers platforms across all tentpoles and key initiatives
- Identify prospecting and inventory opportunities with insight and data utilising industry tools such as Nielsen, Scarborough, Facebook analytics, Google analytics, etc
- Manage project pipeline deadlines and communicate to members of the Corporate Partnerships sales and activation team on progress
- Coach, mentor and lead a team of direct reports along with being a team player with a positive attitude

- Passion for the pitch process and developing narratives that support a concept
- Love storytelling with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented
- Creative problem solver
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Preferred minimum of five (5) + years full-time experience in a sponsorship sales, activation or experiential marketing
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
- Experience planning and executing marketing, promotional and experiential programs that create desired results for brands
- Experience with receiving a project brief to then create partnership outlines and strategy
- Knowledge of the sports industry and sports organisations
- NFL experience a plus
- Experience with CRM and inventory systems preferred
- Interpret data insight and analytic industry tools (Scarborough, social media analytics, etc.)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Candidate with a working knowledge of the Los Angeles Market preferred
