Walton Arts Center Inc. operates two campuses: a 1,100-seat proscenium theatre and 269-seat black box in Fayetteville and an 11,000-capacity outdoor Amphitheatre known as the Walmart AMP in Rogers, AR. Walton Arts Center is celebrating its 30th Anniversary as Arkansas’ premier performing arts center and Walmart AMP has consistently been one of Billboard’s top-rated amphitheaters producing 30 plus concerts per season.

Position Overview

The COO will provide leadership and oversite of strategic vision to Walton Arts Center/Walmart AMP.  This new position will lead and oversee the show business part of our organization and will drive all earned revenue functions for the business while determining ways to improve the bottom-line. Working with the CEO you will imagine the future and develop strategies and tactics to achieve the shared goals. This position will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company.  This role will have oversight of the following areas, Walton Arts Center GM, Walmart AMP GM, VP Communications, and VP Programming. The COO will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees.  This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the organization. Experience and passion for both commercial & contemporary concerts, and Arts venues a must.
