The ACC Liverpool Group Ticketing Solutions Business Unit offers an end to end ticketing solution to The ACC Liverpool Group Venues which include M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
The service offered to both The ACC Liverpool Group and external Companies includes ticketing infrastructure, on site box office solutions, industry expertise, sales and marketing and promotions support and a first class contact centre.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our ticketing team for a Client Account Manager looking to take on a varied and challenging role within the ticketing department. The role will be responsible for the set-up of shows and events on Audience View ticketing system and managing event ticket sales on a day to day basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of the team to develop and manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer care is maintained across all ticketing clients.
The successful candidate will have experience within a concert/theatre venue or similar environment, along with knowledge of ticketing systems and understanding of ticketed events. The candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem solving ability, self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
