An exciting job opportunity has arisen at Leeds United FC for a Commercial Administrator based at our famous Elland Road Stadium in the thriving City of Leeds.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for provide administration and clerical support to the Commercial Sales Team and dealing with the day-to-day requirements of sales administration.

Some of the main duties would include:

Providing administration support to commercial department staff.

Managing hospitality bookings

Updating all home games onto the online booking system, together with correct pricing, numbers available and dates of games

Sending Matchday Itinerary to all Hospitality attendees

Collate Hospitality Lounge table plans for all games

Managing ticketing and taking payments

Managing correspondence to event attendees and supporting event management

Any other duty requested by senior management

Co-ordination and management of all matchday requirements to include tickets, seating plans, dining facilities and to assist and liaise with the Catering Department.

Effectively managing the administrative requirements of the sales team.

Maintain the filing system and retaining responsibility for the safe keeping of all commercial contracts and other sales documentation.

Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer care to the clubs’ key sponsorship accounts.

Organising hospitality bookings/merchandise for Club sponsors.

Matchday operation of hospitality collection points.

Coordinate conference calls and business meetings

Support with co-ordinating, setting up and running organised marketing/hospitality events

Support with correspondence to clients/potential clients

Provide information to clients

Maintain commercial/Sales databases

Must be available for weekend and evenings for match day and events

 

The ideal candidate will also have:

Experience in sales environment, ideally gained in a hospitality or advertising environment.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint

Must have strong communication, follow-up and team orientation.

Display flexibility with good organisational and prioritisation skills.

Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
