You will be working with the Safety Coordinator and wider safety team in providing administration support with event day safety administration, completing and issuing safety related documentation and other day to day assistance for London Stadium events.  You will be responsible for supporting the team with ensuring that accreditation, diary management and payroll are tracked and administered, and all new starter paperwork is submitted and completed accurately.

In this role, we are looking for a talented individual with relevant lived/work experience of working with diverse communities like those we serve in east London and looking to develop them further.  You should have experience or understanding of working with a diverse workforce and bring with you strong administration skills, including communication and IT skills, from a venue or similar organisation.

You should have enthusiasm, be highly organised and a self-motivated team player, who enjoys managing getting stuck-in to build strong working relationships quickly with a diverse group of staff and stakeholders.  The successful candidate for this role will have a solid track record in administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in an operational event environment, with the opportunity to contribute to the operational and financial success of the stadium, through day-to-day safety operations, a variety of projects and exciting events such as football, Major League Baseball, athletics, concerts rugby and community events.   No two days will be same so this role will be varied and give you the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities.  In return we offer development opportunities and many company benefits.

Events and filming take place all year round, and at different times and days, so you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends to fulfil particular project needs.
