London Stadium are looking for an Event Accreditation and Administration Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will support the Operations Business Manager with the smooth implementation of accreditation operations across the venue as well as providing general day to day administrative support.

Your role will include working with an online database system to input information and print accreditation for our people, our partners and event owners, ensuring that only specific event staff have accreditation to assigned areas within the venue. You will also have great admin skills to support our operations and safety teams with general organisation. In particular we are looking for someone with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to keep event trackers, financial information and other actions up to date.

Ideally, you will bring with you previous experience of working in an administration role at events, with an awareness of GDPR legislation and working knowledge of systems/databases. But enthusiasm to learn is a key component, as training will be given. You will also be highly organised and a self-motivated team player, who enjoys managing their own workload and getting stuck-in to build strong working relationships quickly with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail; the ability to work well under pressure; and keep to very tight deadlines due to the nature of our work.

We lead in promoting a diverse and inclusive range of events, liaising with a variety of partners, staff across the venue and visitors. In this role, we are looking for a talented individual with relevant lived/work experience of working with diverse communities like those we serve in east London.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in an operational event environment. You will be a valued member of the team who will contribute to the operational success of the stadium, through day to day accreditation operations for a variety of exciting events such as football, concerts, Major League Baseball, athletics, rugby and community events.  No two days will be the same so this role will be varied and give you the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities.

Please note that events and filming take place all year round, and at different times and days, so you may be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

We want our workforce to be representative of all sections of society, and encourage applications from all parts of the community. We know that it’s the difference in our people that make the difference to our performance.
