PTI are looking for an ambitious Finance and Admin Assistant. If you love sport, love live entertainment and feel that you have strong organisational skills and could rise to the challenge of supporting our operations team then we want you in our team!

The Candidate

  • Passionate about sport, entertainment, operations and technology
  • An eye for detail and precision in delivery
  • A positive, self-starter with drive and determination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, like Xero is preferable but not essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new concepts and systems
  • Ability to work individually where required with excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team via remote working

Objectives of the Role

  • Preparing client invoices and inputting suppliers bills
  • Creation of purchase orders for the team
  • Update spreadsheets of daily transactions
  • Manage expense claims
  • Credit control
  • Help to streamline operational efficiencies
  • Help to develop and maintain administrative processes
  • New starter induction packs
  • Admin support for Global Executive Team (GET) as required
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Scheduling team meetings and circulate accurate minutes
  • Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Research and create presentations
  • This role will be based in Coventry with the potential for some remote working

Desired Experience

  • 1+ years in a similar finance or admin role
  • Strong written skills, able to communicate key messaging succinctly and powerfully
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Financially-literate, able to monitor cashflow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
