As we gear up to be the biggest live entertainment arena in the UK, we’re looking for Front of House Managers to join us initially on a casual basis, supporting the venue management team around the ideal fan experience and creating unforgettable moments for our fans.

Just when you thought work has never sounded so good, we’re offering on a casual flexible basis up to 40 hours per week. What’s even better is the opportunity for you to move into a permanent role when we open!

Hourly Rate: £16.80 – £19.23 plus holiday pay

Our Role

  • On an Arena Event Day, you will be responsible for leading operational teams (including stewarding, medical and fire and safety officers) reporting and concerns to the Duty Venue Manager
  • Manage fan complaints for the operations team to ensure that fans receive quick responses and actioning changes
  • Attend event planning meetings focused on front of house service and fan experience
  • Create event briefing documents to ensure the front of house teams understand their roles, the audience and requirements for each event
  • Scheduling of resource for front of house casual workers for each event
  • Manage agency resource and build strong working relationships to add additional resource to our teams
  • Support and get involved in team training to ensure our casual event teams have all the necessary training to be their best
  • Support uniform management for your casual front of house teams
  • Be responsible for processing the team accreditation, ensuring we have the right skills deployed for each event

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Stewarding or Security experience / fan experience management
  • Complaint management
  • An infectious can-do approach
  • Results focused, ensuring we’re always challenging how we do things and putting our fans first
  • Thrive when its buzzing and show resilience in getting things done
  • A strong team player
  • Great at building relationships

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Spectator Safety
  • Customer Service qualification
  • ACT
  • CCTV license
  • SIA Door Supervisor license
