Description of the mission


Attached to the sales department and part of the general public customer journey service, your missions will be as follows:

Support the implementation of mechandising, visits, parking and catering activities

 * Merchandising scope

– Promote, develop and optimize sales of derivative products both in and out of the event

– Stock monitoring with dedicated software (stock, inventory)

– Coordination of the operational implementation of sales mechanisms in and out of the event

– Invoicing follow-up, sales reconciliation / Cash received

Visits scope

– Management of the contract with the dedicated service provider

– Configuration and monitoring of activity, invoicing

*  Parking perimeter

– Promote, develop and optimize parking sales in and out of the event

– Ensure the customer relationship

– Configure and optimize the parking ticketing system

– Coordinate the device in event

– Billing follow-up

Catering scope

– Management of the activity in connection with the service provider

– Ensure the link concerning specific requests

– Monitoring of reporting and invoicing




– Bac + 4/5 Commerce / Sales

– Desired experience in similar functions

– Required qualities: rigor, coordination, interpersonal skills, responsiveness available
