AC Milan is looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate who can become fundamental in the growth and optimization of the club’s revenues, stadium income. AC Milan is committed to developing a talented and international sales department.

The candidate:

The new Head of Stadium Revenue will report to the Venue Director and will be responsible for the development of revenue management principles and the optimization of stadium revenue processes.

He will also be responsible for the evaluation, analysis and pricing strategy relating to the San Siro ticketing flow.

The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate great analytical skills and an absolute mastery in data analysis with a focus on increasing and optimizing revenues. It will also have to be ambitious and find solutions to integrate and transform data and make it more easily interpretable, in order to speed up the decision making process.

The position is particularly suited to an experienced profile, able to work with rigid deadlines, sales targets and KPIs, with a broad background in the following fields: revenue strategy, inventory management, revenue maximization, reporting skills and project management. The ideal candidate must also know how to adapt to a very challenging and constantly changing environment.

Responsibility:

Maximization of ticketing revenues for AC Milan matches at San Siro by defining and implementing optimal pricing.

Elaboration, in order to increase revenues and profit, of strategies related to ticketing: season tickets, tickets and hospitality products.

In light of the impact of Covid, maximization of revenues per event at San Siro (single tickets) and at Casa Milan, relating to the areas of competence.

Development of reporting and appropriate tools in order to identify sales optimization opportunities.

Preparation of sales forecasts by product line and / or business segment on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Overall analysis of weekly ticketing performance and production of summary reports with ideas to improve long-term strategies.

Complete management of projects in the area of ​​competence, including management with corporate stakeholders such as Business Operations, Finance and IT.

Identification of new revenue opportunities, including through the optimization and expansion of the partnership portfolio for distribution (third parties and agencies).

Compliance with best practice standards: competition analysis; environmental scanning; market modeling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; inventory availability by channel; price control and new pricing concepts.

Achieving monthly and annual ticket sales targets.

Support in the annual revenue budget process.

Requirements:

Five years of experience in a similar role within dynamic Revenue Departments.

Preferably previous experience in the fields of tour and travel, large event organizations or the sports sector.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, analytics or statistics.

Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, control of the accuracy of the output.

Experience in implementing dashboards and reporting systems right from the creation phase.

Strong skills as a communicator and presenter.

Ability to develop eye-catching visual representations of business insights.

Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and tech suppliers aligned with ticketing and CRM operations.

Extensive experience in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.

Advanced Excel skills, mastery of industry tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Great organizational and adaptation skills.

Openness to the acquisition of new skills.
