Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership to teams, supporting with onboarding, training, and developing our strong frontline of team members and supervisors, promoting service excellence
- Elevate the guest experience by supporting hospitality services using business efficiency tools, organisational skills, and resources, delivering top-tier service and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence, as well as following all procedures for finance and purchasing
Qualifications
- Operational experience in a similar environment
- Skills in IT literacy, written and verbal communication, self motivation, service orientation, and customer focus
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role or experience in 5-6* fine dining environment is benficial
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry within hospitality environments is beneficial
