Interim Amadeus Marketing Manager (FTC 12 mths)

Are you an ambitious marketeer with a passion for drink and food? We have an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team for Amadeus, the NEC Group in house caterer in a maternity cover role, 12 month FTC for our Marketing Manager.

This fast paced role is a chance to flourish and get creative, working with the NEC Group marketing department to promote the Amadeus brands across to the millions of people we welcome to our iconic venues. You’ll be part of a busy marketing team with responsibilities across all NEC Group venues, regional contracts and external events, helping deliver unforgettable experience for our customers.

You will be part of the marketing services team, we provide the marketing, ticketing, and catering services for a range of NEC Group events and outside of our own venues and we’re committed to connecting audiences with great content.

This role is based at the NEC. Centre Stage, our head office is where we have fun and get creative, working with our operational teams to make sure our customers have the best experience.

What will I be doing?

• Managing creative output and delivering exciting marketing projects and initiatives that directly support the Amadeus corporate strategy across home venues, external venues and events
• Take responsibility as brand guardian and lead on brand development for each retail concept across the Amadeus estate
• Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to propose marketing led solutions to business challenges

What do I need:

• Significant B2B experience. Experience of B2C marketing in the retail sector would be desirable
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines to specified KPIs
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative and skills
• Previous experience of working in a marketing, design agency, department preferred
• High awareness of food industry and marketing platforms including social media.
