AEG’s Global Partnerships works across all AEG businesses and are responsible for securing and delivering first class sponsorship and partnership activations with the world’s most prestigious brands.

As International Partnership Manager (Activation) you’ll manage international venue partnerships for the Global Partnerships division outside of North America. You will be adept at working with big brand partnerships and deliver these across markets, whilst working alongside the local AEG teams. You will ensure execution and results are achieved at the highest standard.

Within the UK, you will also support The O2 team with the activation of key account partners. Through effective contract delivery, you’ll support the commercial objectives of Global Partnerships supporting senior colleagues on key partnership renewals.

You will also:

  • Collaborate with partners to implement activation plans, attend and lead weekly status meetings
  • Act as primary day to day point of contact for partners
  • Fully understand partners’ brands, business, objectives and measures of success
  • Implement monitoring & evaluation methods for partner activity to ensure positive ROI outcomes
  • Manage and develop relationships between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure activation is delivered successfully
  • Take ownership of assigned projects or responsibilities to support the wider partnerships team, for example, partner ticketing, F+B reporting, and photography requirements
  • Lead on partner ticket management, requests, delivery and reporting
  • Develop and present annual reviews for nominated partners
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the entertainment and events industry and future trends in sponsorship
  • Manage budgets, monitoring and reporting spend

We’re looking for someone with Partnerships activation experience, who has a passion for working on Brand partnerships and who has experience in ticketing management.

You’ll be an expert at managing multiple partners. An effective relationship builder, you’ll be someone who partners will want to work with and internal stakeholders will want to support.
