The role of Staffing Co-ordinator at the London Stadium is to support our experienced and passionate People Team to ensure that the appropriate quantity and best quality of staff are booked to work match days and events taking place at the venue. Responsibilities will include supporting the booking and administration of event and non-event day staff, liaising with operators to ensure event requirements are met, preparing uniform ahead of event days, dealing with staff issues as and when they arise, assisting with the match day check in operation, processing payroll whilst also ensuring that a consistent team of well trained staff are in placed to deliver a high level of customer service to guests in the stadium.
