Partnerships Director, Activation
The O2 Partnerships team are looking for a results orientated and focused individual to lead and deliver the sponsorship rights and benefits along with the day to day activity for our partners across The O2.
You’ll lead on all contractual rights and overall activation for key partners at The O2 including Sky, Virgin Money & American Express and oversee and implement partner strategy, activation plans and over delivery programme, where relevant ensuring partner benefits are fully maximised.
You’ll play an important role in key partnership renewal strategies and contract negotiations; and lead and grow relationships with partners; and develop and manage creative ideas, prioritising their presence and associated activity in the venue.
You’ll also manage a team and support their development and empower them through their partnership careers.
We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in a multi-brand environment both client and agency side. You’ll have a working knowledge of integrated communication solutions and sponsorship marketing.
You’ll be able to identify and utilise additional revenue opportunities for AEG and be solution-driven with creative problem solving skills.
Great with people, ideally you’ll have experience of managing, motivating and developing a team, empowering them to succeed.
